1Delete your account inside the app
DevFlow includes a full in-app account deletion flow. You do not need to contact support to delete your account. Follow these steps inside the app:
2Request deletion via email
If you cannot access the app — due to a lost device, forgotten credentials, or broken sign-in — you can request deletion by emailing us.
- Send an email to info@thekada.in
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request"
- Include the email address registered to your DevFlow account
- We may need to verify your identity before processing the request

When your account deletion is processed, the following data is scheduled for removal:
4What may be retained
Some data may be retained after account deletion where required by law, to prevent fraud, or for operational necessity:
- Transaction records required for tax compliance or financial reporting.
- Minimal records needed to respond to legal requests, disputes, or enforcement actions.
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics data that cannot be linked back to your identity.
Retained data is held only for as long as legally or operationally necessary, then permanently purged.
5Subscriptions & billing
Deleting your DevFlow account does not automatically cancel your App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your platform's subscription management:
- iOS: Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions → DevFlow → Cancel
- Android: Google Play → Subscriptions → DevFlow → Cancel
DevFlow does not process refunds directly. Refund requests should be submitted to Apple or Google through their standard process.
6Deletion timeline
- Account access is removed immediately upon confirmation.
- Workspace data (Firestore records, files) is scheduled for deletion within 30 days.
- Backup systems may retain data for an additional 90 days before permanent purge.
- Legal and compliance-required records are retained as described above.
