Sign-in & accounts

Having trouble accessing your account? Here's what usually helps.

  • Check that you're using the correct sign-in method (email / Google / Apple)
  • Use your platform's account recovery if you've lost access to your email
  • Reset your password via the sign-in screen

All subscription management happens through the App Store or Google Play.

  • Go to your device's App Store / Play Store → Subscriptions to manage DevFlow
  • Cancellations and refunds follow Apple / Google policies, not ours
  • For plan upgrade questions, email us and we'll help

  • Request an export of your workspace data via email
