1Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, installing, or using DevFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of DevFlow after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
2Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use DevFlow. If you use DevFlow on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
3Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and keep it up to date.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately at info@thekada.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
4User content & workspace data
You retain full ownership of the content and business data you submit to DevFlow — including projects, clients, invoices, files, and related records.
By using DevFlow, you grant us the limited right to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the service. We do not claim any other ownership interest in your data.
5Acceptable use
You agree not to use DevFlow to:
- Engage in unlawful, harmful, abusive, threatening, or fraudulent activity.
- Attempt to access accounts, systems, or data without authorisation.
- Interfere with the operation, integrity, or security of the service.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content.
- Violate the intellectual property rights of others.
- Use the service in a way that violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
6Subscriptions & billing
Some DevFlow features require a paid subscription. Subscription purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the platform through which you purchased the app — Apple App Store or Google Play — and are subject to that platform's terms and conditions.
DevFlow does not process or store payment card information directly. All billing is managed by Apple or Google.
Plan features and limits are defined by your active subscription tier. Downgrading or cancelling may affect access to certain features.
7Availability & changes
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time — including features, pricing, or the app itself — with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
We are not liable for any interruption, delay, or failure in the service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8Intellectual property
DevFlow, its branding, software, interface design, website content, and related materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These remain the property of DevFlow or its licensors.
You may not copy, reverse-engineer, reproduce, or distribute any part of DevFlow without our prior written consent.
9Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to DevFlow if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or use the service in a way that could harm other users or DevFlow.
You may close your account at any time using the in-app deletion flow under Profile → Security & Privacy → Delete Account, or by contacting info@thekada.in.
10Disclaimers

11Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DevFlow and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
- Loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
- Damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if DevFlow has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
