1Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to the DevFlow mobile application (iOS and Android), public website pages at devflow.io, customer support interactions, and all related services operated under the DevFlow name.
By using DevFlow, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this policy.
2Information we collect
Depending on how you use DevFlow, we may collect:
- Account information — name, email address, sign-in method (email, Google, Apple), and profile details.
- Business workspace data — clients, projects, leads, quotations, invoices, branding preferences, analytics inputs, team records, and related notes you create.
- Files and documents — contracts, images, PDFs, spreadsheets, and other project assets you upload to your workspace.
- Device & usage data — device type, OS version, crash logs, and product analytics used to maintain stability and improve performance.
- Subscription status — transaction and entitlement information provided through Apple App Store or Google Play.
- Support communications — messages you send to DevFlow support or feedback channels.
3How we collect information
Information may be collected when you:
- Create an account with email, Google, or Apple sign-in.
- Enter information into forms inside the app (projects, clients, invoices, etc.).
- Upload files to your workspace.
- Use the app while analytics and crash reporting are active.
- Contact support or request help with your account.
- Purchase or manage a subscription through the App Store or Google Play.
4Why we use your information
We use data to:
- Provide authentication, sync, cloud storage, and secure account access.
- Deliver workspace features — project tracking, quotations, invoicing, file handling, analytics, and team management.
- Improve reliability, troubleshoot errors, and understand product performance.
- Manage subscriptions, plan entitlements, and support requests.
- Protect users, prevent abuse, and enforce our terms of service.
- Comply with our legal obligations.
5Service providers & processing partners
DevFlow relies on infrastructure and platform providers to operate the service. Based on the current app implementation, these include:
These providers process data only as necessary to provide their services and are governed by their own privacy policies.
6Device permissions
The app may request access to device capabilities such as:
- Camera and photo library — for uploading project files and documents.
- Biometric authentication — for secure sign-in (Face ID, Touch ID).
- Notifications — for project updates and reminders you enable.
- Media files — for accessing documents you choose to attach.
All permissions are optional and can be managed at any time from your device settings. Declining a permission only disables the related feature — it does not affect core app functionality.
7Data retention
We retain information for as long as needed to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Workspace records, files, and account data may be deleted when you delete content, close your account, or submit a deletion request — subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.
8Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational measures to protect personal data — including encrypted transmission, access controls, and Firebase's security infrastructure.
No service can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying us of any unauthorised access to your account.
9International data transfers
DevFlow and its service providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards — such as standard contractual clauses — for cross-border data transfers.
10Your rights & choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete your personal data.
- To request data access, export, or correction — email info@thekada.in.
- To delete your account — use the in-app flow under Profile → Security & Privacy → Delete Account.
- For deletion help if you can't access the app — visit the Account Deletion page.
11Children's privacy
DevFlow is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.
12Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and publish the revised version here. Continued use of DevFlow after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
